User Agreement

1. Eligibility

You must meet the age and legal capacity requirements that apply in your jurisdiction. Where parental or guardian approval is required, it must be obtained before using the services.

2. License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ETERNAL SALES LTD grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non exclusive, and non transferable license to use Spiky Fruit Smash for non commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Accounts and Access

Certain features may support guest play, while others may require account connection or sign in through a platform provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials used to access the services, except where law provides otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the services in violation of applicable law or regulation
• Disrupt, interfere with, overload, or damage the services
• Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the services beyond what law clearly allows
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent identity or affiliation
• Use the services for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Digital Content and Game Features

Spiky Fruit Smash may include progress records, digital items, unlockable content, interface assets, and gameplay features. These remain part of the licensed services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such content does not become your property and may not be transferred outside the services.

6. Purchases and Platform Processing

If optional digital purchases are available, transactions may be handled through app stores or platform providers and may also be subject to their separate billing rules and policies.

7. Updates and Service Changes

We may release patches, fixes, balance changes, technical improvements, or feature adjustments in order to maintain or improve the services. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services for legal, technical, security, or business reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interests in Spiky Fruit Smash, including software, artwork, gameplay systems, text, audio, music, visual design, and related materials, belong to ETERNAL SALES LTD or its licensors.

9. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, comments, or other feedback regarding the services, you agree that ETERNAL SALES LTD may use that feedback for operation, maintenance, and development purposes, subject to applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably determine that:

• You have breached this Agreement
• Your use creates technical, operational, legal, or security risks
• Action is required by law, regulation, or platform rules
• The services or any part of them are being retired or withdrawn

If access ends, your right to use the services ends immediately, and certain progress or digital content may no longer be available.

11. Third Party Services

The services may connect with third party app stores, analytics providers, hosting services, login tools, or external websites. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or correction of every issue within a fixed timeframe.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETERNAL SALES LTD and its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages arising from or relating to the services.

14. Indemnification

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETERNAL SALES LTD from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses resulting from your misuse of the services, your breach of this Agreement, or your infringement of third party rights.

15. Privacy

Your use of the services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled in connection with Spiky Fruit Smash.

16. General Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

17. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this User Agreement from time to time. If important changes are made, notice may be provided through the services or by another suitable method. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
